I was able to watch drift ice for the first time this year from Mombetsu.
I watched it from an observatory of Mombetsu Park.
Distance of 20 kilos had the drift ice from the shore.
There is not yet the official announcement of Mombetsu-city.
The staff may not observe it from Okhotsk tower.
It may be announced tomorrow.
