That port city is on the shoreline facing Sea of Okhotsk.

Downtown "HAMANAS street"
Today's highest temperature was - 7.2 degrees Celsius.
It was very cold. Big snow fell.
I went to downtown "HAMANAS street" to make snow a photograph.
