First flower
Today's high was 19 degrees. It isn't nomal temperture. It is just like July. You could see the spring first flower in Mombetsu.

Lucky flags on a fishing boat
Today's high was 18.6 degrees. It's almost same July temperature. By the way, I could see a fishing boat with lucky flags. Fishermen set them to hope getting many fishes in this year.
