Mombetsu is located in northeast of Hokkaido in Japan.
That port city is on the shoreline facing Sea of Okhotsk.

Scallop boats went out
Today's sunrise was at 4 am. I couldn't see the sun because of the clouds. But the scallop boats went out fishing.
