Today's the highest temperature was 0.1 degrees Celsius. It is plus temperature for the first time in a long time. By the way, Drift ice arrived at coast in Mombetsu, 2 days ago.
I went to " Ryuuhyou Misaki". It's close by Drift ice.
I could see Drift ice from the Mombetsu park hill.
Today's Seal center. Water of pool was freezing.
