Mombetsu is located in northeast of Hokkaido in Japan.
That port city is on the shoreline facing Sea of Okhotsk.

Photograph while you touch a seal
The Seal center did well.
I think that probably it is only here to have taking a ceremonial photograph while you touch a seal.
It will be that a lot of wonderful souvenir pictures are taken.
