Welcome to Mombetsu Blog

Drift ice, Icebreaker boat "garinko-gou", Seal, Eagle, etc... Mombetsu is located in northeast of Hokkaido in Japan. That port city is on the shoreline facing Sea of Okhotsk. The local guide gives the latest scene of the four seasons.

 Today's high was 24.4 degrees Celsius. It was rainy in the morning, but it turned into beautiful sunset in the evening.
