Spring First Flower

Spring warm has melted snow.

I can hardly see snow day by day.

Then, I found a spring first flower.

I think 2 weeks faster than last year.

I feel real spring has coming.

I went to Drift Ice Center in Mombetsu.

Okhotsk Photo Contest is held by this center every year.

You can see about 80 works now.

I think this contest level is very high.

Today's dinner was "Sake no Chan Chan Yaki".

 

It means Sarmon and Vegetables Steam Grill .

 

It's a traditional Hokkaido local food.

 

Ingredients of this dish are sarmon, cabbage, potato, onion, mushroom.

 

I took charge of final step "steam grill".

 

It was delicious !
