Mombetsu is located in northeast of Hokkaido in Japan.
That port city is on the shoreline facing Sea of Okhotsk.

Sea freeze
Today's the highest temperature was 2.6 degrees Celsius below zero. Surface of sea was freezing in this morning at port.
There was a small boat.
I could see 3 seals at port of sightseen boat ( Garinko-gou ).
